I had an excellent experience with Major World and truly can’t say enough good things about the team there. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and professionalism.
Paul, Peter, and Crystal were all wonderful, but I have to give a special shoutout to their superstar in finance, Julius. He went above and beyond for me. He actually alerted me to issues on the Carfax report and helped me find a great alternative instead of just pushing the deal through. That level of honesty meant everything. He even stayed late to make sure I was completely satisfied and that everything was handled correctly.
At one point, my now ex-boyfriend acted immaturely and tried to pressure the team for a discount because of the Carfax report. Julius handled the situation with grace, professionalism, and maturity far beyond his years. I was genuinely impressed.
When I needed to swap out the car just 12 hours after bringing it home, Peter and the GM were incredibly helpful and understanding. No hassle, no attitude — just solutions.
Major World truly delivers a complete experience. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do, and it shows in how they treat their customers. This experience has solidified my loyalty — I won’t look anywhere else. Major World rocks!
