I had a great experience at Major World Used Cars in Long Island City. Huge inventory - they literally have hundreds of cars, trucks, and SUVs. I was looking for a used Toyota and they had 4-5 options in my budget.
Sales team was not pushy like other dealers in Queens. Finance team got me approved even with average credit. Paperwork was fast and they explained warranty options clearly. Car was clean, inspected, and exactly as shown online. If you're looking for used cars in NYC, this is one of the biggest lots to check. Highly recommend asking for a Carfax upfront.

Couldn't confirm fees on top of a vehicle over the phone. Its 2026, disclosures should be transparent and straightforward. I was planning on driving 3 hours and purchasing as an out of state purchaser. They also denied to share the car-fax, they only do it in person. What a way to stay behind in today's market. The "manager" was not helpful and very rude, had an attitude . I do not recommend this place.

Had an appointment for early morning and car not reviewed until late afternoon. Rushed quote that it was not made electronically. Inconsistencies on the scope. Slow responsiveness. Not easy to reach or communicate like with Dodge.
A problem was fixed invertedly to the account rep but still ordered replacement parts.; asked to cancel after I got home and saw it was repaired. IT has been 2 days without response.
