I just recently had to let my car go because it broke down. I was nervous and a bit unsettled that I had to get another car because I loved my car so much. I still went ahead to major world, pulled up, and was greeted by Darius. He was very kind, caring, and very professional. My nerves grew calmly due to the fact we just were engaging, not feeling pushed into anything. Darius understood my needs and wants, and I felt heard. Even when Darius went to check on things he didn't make me feel like he was just leaving me with my thoughts of is this the right thing to do, he made me feel like I'm doing the right thing. As time proceeded, I met with the financial advisor, Sergio. Sergio was nice, cool, calm, and collected, and he laid it out in a professional manner and said, "Will work with me to get something I'm going to grow to love and be at peace with. For that, I was already sold. We weighed my options and I left with my new car. They both moved with ease and confidence, and for that, I appreciated how i came in nervous and uneasy, not knowing what I was walking into, to leaving with a smile on my face and excited. I also had a pleasure meeting Jeannette as well, and she is sweet and gets you set up with different features your car may hold. She walks you through step by step. These 3 individuals were so wonderful to work with. If you ever stop in, please make sure to walk their way. They listen and cater to your need of what you're looking for. #Rockstars

I came in very defensive fearful that I would be taken array. But Angelo ensured me he would treat me like his "daughter" and delivered just that. He listened to what I asked for and delivered on just that. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a first time car purchase. The great staff at GM service center starting with Zasha are so great they feel like family. The awesome mechanics as well that have serviced my 2017 Chevy Tahoe LT so great. When I bought this car at Mellinuim Chevrolet in Long Island they always couldnt getb parts or i didn't have coverage. But GM in Long island City changed that and always helped me from day one. Thank you GM Chevy guys for helping me bring this truck up to its full potential.

Soon as we got there we got greeted by Tanim Anim, who was also our sales consultant. He helped me & my partner purchase our first car together & walked us through everything we needed to know. Thanks to him we also was able to get a spacious family car for an affordable price, exactly what we was looking for. The process was pretty long but he made everything easy & understandable for us. The staff was also really great & played a big part in helping us as well.
