My first time buying a car and Major world and the experience was great. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite…. From the finance department to my insurance switch over was smooth and seamless, but the best part was picking out the right car that I needed and a have to say FERNANDO was my guy…. From start to finish he was helpful. From explaining the process, showing me the lot, the different options. Assisting in getting the paperwork’s in place, placing the tags in my Mercedes EQE, charging it up for me…. FERNANDO is the go to guy…. Thank you Major World, but most of all Thank you FERNANDO for all your assistance….

The service was great. Darius and Mr. Ray helped me alot. They did everything possible to make the sale smooth and comfortable.

Do not buy a car that is priced to end in 887…chances are it was hit by a snowplow and they are trying to push a car onto you that they bought low, and can sell “higher”. When you talk to them about this, after your car has a caved in radiator and an air conditioning condenser leak and seatbelts that are overextended….due to an accident…which they did not disclose verbally in the sales discussion …they will tell you that they can buy the car back at $1500 less because the market has depreciated. They will also glaze you and tell you that you got a really good price on the deal…because of the damage….but then will hold that same damage against you. Do not go here…if you need a car dealer…find other spots in the area. I saw this from experience because they will then throw fancy “cox reports” on the desk in front of you and say this is the best deal I can do, when not coming down on price at all, after they sold you a car that legally could not have left the lot due to being ineligible by NY state inspection standards. Then they will show you their inspection identification and say “I’m a mechanic. This is for Peter Delasoudas. In review…demand a carfax report, read it over front to back, and good luck trying to find any used car that was previously not hit by a snowplow. Also, beware they do not hand out paperwork when you close the deal. Ask for every piece of paperwork. I believe we took the only used car in the lot without damage, so it is an Amazing Race haystack challenge for you. Peter saying “take me to court” doesn’t even warrant a 1 star rating, but google requires me to give a rating. In closing our salesperson Angelo, was phenomenal.

Abdel with these people at Major World for years pretty good even though they need to go back to having a $250 when you recommend someone but for the most part pretty good quality cars, large election of use inventory and big shout out to the receptionist name Yomayra Your help your appreciate

Unprofessional, poor customer support. Took my father a month to buy a car. Everything you tell them goes in one ear and out the other. Better off buying a car at another dealership. They don’t care about the customer, they’re just profit driven.
